Built by dog lovers, for dog lovers.

We’re Amun and Izzy, the people behind The Bark Bus. We wanted to create the kind of dog-care experience we would choose ourselves: adventurous, dependable and genuinely centred around each dog.

The Bark Bus brings together our love of dogs, the outdoors and thoughtful service to give local owners more freedom—and dogs a day they can truly look forward to.

Enrolment and availability

When does The Bark Bus launch?

We’re getting ready to launch soon. Enrol and join the waiting list, and we’ll keep you updated as places become available.

How does the free trial work?

First complete the enrolment form and join our waiting list. We will then contact you to arrange a free trial when sessions open. The trial lasts approximately 30 minutes at a local dog park during an adventure session. You remain with your dog while they meet us and some of the dogs, and experience the stationary bus. There is no bus journey during the trial.

Does joining the waiting list guarantee a place?

No. Completing the enrolment form joins the waiting list but does not guarantee acceptance. A free trial takes place afterwards, and places are confirmed only where the experience is safe, happy and comfortable for the individual dog and the wider group.

Your Bark Bus adventure

What is included in an adventure?

Each 3–4 hour adventure includes collection from home, travel aboard The Bark Bus, a supervised outdoor group session with enrichment, social time and fun recall and engagement activities, and return home. The 3–4 hours includes travelling time.

How much does it cost?

One adventure per week is £23. If your dog joins us more than once per week, each adventure is £21.

How many dogs attend each adventure?

The bus is always manned by two people. Each team member is responsible for a maximum of six dogs, so a session may include approximately 12 dogs in total. The exact number can vary depending on the dogs and what is safest for the group.

When will my dog be collected?

Collection timing will depend on the route and the dogs attending that day. We’ll confirm your collection arrangements when a regular session is agreed. Your dog’s complete 3–4 hour experience includes travelling time.

Which areas will you cover?

We plan to serve Coventry, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and selected surrounding areas. Send us your postcode and we’ll confirm availability.

What if the bus cannot access my road?

Tell us about narrow roads, cul-de-sacs, low bridges or other access restrictions during enrolment. If we cannot safely reach your property, we will arrange a nearby Bark Bus collection point.

Safety and suitability

What are the main eligibility requirements?

Dogs must be neutered, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, and kept up to date with flea and worming treatment. Owners will be asked to confirm the relevant details during enrolment. Further neutering-policy details will be added before launch.

What if my dog is nervous or unsure?

Tell us about any worries or behaviour concerns during enrolment. The free trial lets your dog meet us with you present, spend time around the group and explore the stationary bus. A regular place is offered only when the experience appears safe, happy and comfortable for everyone.

What happens if my dog becomes unwell or is injured?

Both Amun and Izzy are dog first-aid trained. We keep the owner, emergency-contact and veterinary details supplied during enrolment close at hand, and your dog’s immediate safety will guide what happens next.

What happens in very hot or unsafe weather?

Safety is our number one priority. We consider the temperature, conditions, breed and needs of each dog. We may move an adventure to a cooler time, adapt the session or cancel where conditions are not safe.
