Designed around the dogs on board.

We’re converting our Mercedes Sprinter minibus into a dedicated adventure vehicle for up to 12 dogs. The final interior is still being developed; this page shows the principles guiding the build.

The planned interior

The interior is being built as a safe, practical and welcoming space designed around each dog’s comfort, while remaining durable and easy to clean after muddy adventures.

A simple, thoughtful space for travelling dogs.

Individual secured spaces

Every dog has their own equal-sized travel pod with two dedicated harness attachment points for a secure journey.

Open-top pod design

The pod sides create separation, while the open tops provide airflow and allow the team to see and monitor every dog throughout the journey.

Practical comfort

Rounded edges, strategic padding and removable beds are planned to balance comfort with a setup that can be thoroughly cleaned.

Made for cleaning

Hard-wearing, wipe-clean surfaces and removable components will help the team clean the travel area between adventures.

Heated and air-conditioned

The bus is fully heated and air-conditioned for the dogs’ comfort, with ventilation and regular welfare checks throughout every journey.

At least two-person team

At least two team members will accompany every trip, with no more than six dogs allocated to each handler and a K9 first-aid-trained team member always on board.

From boarding to home

Every journey has a clear routine.

Dogs will board under supervision and settle into their allocated space before the bus moves. Harnesses and restraints will be checked, and the team will monitor the group throughout the journey.

Under-seat storage is planned for leads, cleaning equipment and adventure essentials, helping keep the travel area organised and clear.

The bus conversion is still being completed. We’ll replace this preview with photographs of the finished interior and publish the final travel setup before regular adventures begin.
